The 30 minute session is ideal for children and singers that are at the beginning of their vocal journey.
Fees are calculated per term and payable prior to or at the first lesson of the term. Students enrolled in private tuition receive a 50% discount off group fees.
All booked lessons must be paid for. As we know, people occasionally get sick so one (1) make-up lesson per school term is allowed for. Subsequent make-up lessons may be given at the discretion of the teacher depending on availability. All lessons missed due to teacher absence will be made-up or credited.
Term bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one lesson.
There are NO exceptions made to this policy under any circumstances. We enforce this policy because a cancellation within such a close window often leaves the instructor without a student during your scheduled lesson time.
Booking lessons requires that you accept this cancellation policy.
